We recently sponsored the In-House Recruitment Awards, with the awards programme aimed at recognising the increasing achievements of internal recruitment teams. The awards welcome an array of different businesses with teams of any size or industry, even attracting large brand names like Barclays and Tesco submitting their entry for the competition.
In-house recruitment teams can face a number of different challenges within their role, as increasing demands from job seekers and hiring managers mean that these specialist teams deserve to be recognised in an awards programme like this.
The awards programme is hosted by the In-House Recruiter Online Network, an exclusive network of in-house recruiters as well as HR professionals, with the aim of developing vital business contacts and benefit from recent news or discounts within the recruitment industry.
The awards were hosted last week in the Park Plaza, London, with 50 of the finest in-house recruitment teams battling out against a team of eight judges hoping to win one of the 15 coveted specialist in-house awards.
We sponsored the Best Corporate Recruitment Team Award, with DHL winning the title. DHL is the global market leader in the logistics industry and has over 275,000 employees across the world! It was a really enjoyable night seeing many recruitment teams we already work with as well as meeting new potential clients for CV-Library.
